Schedule of Events

WHAT

The area's largest and richest amateur golfing event. Shotgun start all 3 days. All players required to have a certified handicap attested by a golf pro or handicap chairman. Handicaps will be used for pairings and flight evaluations. After the second round, the field will be divided into fifteen flights based on gross score for the first two round.

Thursday, Friday and Saturday; December 4th, 5th and 6th, 2008

$375 per player, all greens fees & carts included. Register Here

Over $10,000 in golf merchandise prizes. Complimentary golf shirt for each entrant. Drawing for valuable door prizes at the Wrap-Up Party.

7:30 a.m.         First round play; shotgun start.

12:30 p.m.       First round play; shotgun start.

FRIDAY:           COPPERHEAD COURSE

7:00 a.m.         Check in; Complimentary coffee and donuts.

7:30 a.m.         Second round play; shotgun start.

12:30 p.m.       Second round play; shotgun start.

SATURDAY:      HIGHLANDS NORTH and ISLAND COURSES

7:30 a.m.          Complimentary coffee and donuts.

8:00 a.m.          Third round play; shotgun start and tee times.

1:30 p.m.          Wrap-Up Party and Awards Ceremony at the Sterling Ballroom.

                        Buffet, hors d' oeuvres, complimentary drink tickets and valuable door prizes.

Complimentary beer and soft drinks available after each round at the Hospitality suite.
